Ladakh’s high altitude demands a certain level of physical readiness. Participants must be able to do basic movements:
5 Push-ups (regular or knee) and 20 squats in one go
Walk 7,000 steps daily
Jog for at least 20 minutes
Hold a plank for 30 seconds
Don’t worry if you’re a beginner! We’ll guide you progressively throughout the bootcamp.
