6-Step Selection Criteria for Ladakh Residential Fitness Bootcamp

We believe in working with individuals who are serious about their fitness transformation and ready to take on an unforgettable journey in Ladakh. Our selection process ensures that every participant is fully prepared for the high-altitude environment and committed to making the most out of this life-changing experience.

Here’s what we look for:

  • You should be eager to change your lifestyle and committed to improving your health. If you’re ready to adapt to a healthier routine, this fitness bootcamp is perfect for you.

  • Ladakh’s high altitude demands a certain level of physical readiness. Participants must be able to do basic movements:

    • 5 Push-ups (regular or knee) and 20 squats in one go

    • Walk 7,000 steps daily

    • Jog for at least 20 minutes

    • Hold a plank for 30 seconds

    Don’t worry if you’re a beginner! We’ll guide you progressively throughout the bootcamp.

  • Participants should not have any major injuries or medical conditions. If you have any medical history, you’ll need to provide a medical certificate for safety reasons.

  • Ladakh is a remote region, and we expect participants to be adaptable. While you shouldn’t expect luxury, we do provide:

    • Premium accommodation with 24-hour hot water

    • A beautiful organic farm setting

    • Warm, welcoming hosts ready to make you feel at home

  • We are here to help you transform, but results come from following our program. Please be prepared to follow the guidance of our coaches for the best outcome.

  • We value a supportive and uplifting environment. All participants must be:

    • Polite, punctual, and motivated
