No. The food is vegetarian, satisfying, and built around your goal. No juice diets, no pills, just real home-cooked meals.
Yes, on our Lifestyle Reset plan, which is built around a 9-to-5 schedule, with fibre wifi (Jio and Airtel work well too). The full Fat-Loss plan needs your whole day, so we don't recommend working through it.

On Signature and Private, yes. Full lab panels in and out, body-composition scans, live glucose tracking and a performance watch are built in and done for you. On Core you train, eat and recover with us and bring your own diagnostics, and we hand you a simple guide on exactly what to get and where. Either way, you are tracked daily and reviewed with your coach.
Our Core package starts from Rs. 1,50,000 per person for the full 4-week residential program. Signature is Rs. 3,50,000 and Private is Rs. 6,00,000, each adding more diagnostics, privacy and one-on-one coaching. Every package is all-inclusive of your stay, meals, training and tracking for the four weeks.
Results vary with your starting point and how closely you follow the plan, but most clients lose a significant amount of fat over four weeks, commonly in the range we publish in our outcomes. We measure it on a body scan rather than the scale alone, and we protect your muscle while the fat comes off, so the change is real and something you can verify with your own physician.
The residential bootcamp runs in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. The nearest airport is Jolly Grant in Dehradun, about 35 km away, and the nearest major railway station is Haridwar, about 25 km away and well connected to Delhi and other cities. It is roughly a 5 to 7 hour drive from Delhi. On Signature and Private, airport transfer is included.

You stay in a premium boutique homestay for the full four weeks. Core is a twin-sharing room, while Signature and Private include your own private room. All meals are home-cooked North Indian vegetarian and built around your goal.
